The Division of Water will be doing an EPA sponsored audit on September 29th and September 30th.  They will be inspecting contractors, developers and MSD on a 4 level rating – the best rating is perfect and failing ratings would get a notice of violation.  The Division of Water will forward their findings to the EPA.  The EPA will determine whether further punishable action will be necessary. You are encourage to get prepared now for this important inspection and by doing so you will save your company thousands of dollars worth of fines.
