Education Department

The Education Department offers the members the educational courses and seminars year-round and has an ever-expanding curriculum. The HBAL is fortunate in that it offers courses to its members at an affordable price and a majority of the classes are held at the Home Building Center.

Not only can members obtain credits but non-members as well. All of the courses that are approved for the Louisville Metro Inspections, Permits & Licensing Department Credit are open for non-members as well. The HBAL also offers continuing education courses for real estate agents. Please check the schedule for classes approved by IPL and the Kentucky Real Estate Commission.
